U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.  Timed delivery upgrade charges may apply.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

If we are unable to reach the recipient at home before 5:30 pm the delivery will be again attempted the following day, unless special instructions are noted such as to leave with a neighbor, leave on front porch, set inside door.  In such cases The Garden Gate does not accept responsibility in the event the arrangement is lost or damaged in any way.

In the case of an incorrect or imcomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will be billed for the second delivery.
